How does the calculator compute the mirror width range?
Each width endpoint is vanity width multiplied by the percentage you enter. For a 60 inch vanity, a 70% to 90% range gives 42.00 to 54.00 inches.
How are the bottom edge and remaining space determined?
The selected bottom edge is faucet top height plus the clearance you enter, and the remaining vertical space is ceiling height minus that bottom edge. With a 36 inch faucet top plus 4 inches clearance, the bottom is 40.00 inches and 56.00 inches remain below a 96 inch ceiling.
Does the result select a compliant mirror?
No. The calculator only applies the percentages and clearances you enter to the measurements; it does not provide width percentages, fit approval, mounting advice, or code and safety conclusions.
