Product support

Include the page URL, the device and browser if relevant, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot can help with a display problem, but remove personal or confidential information before attaching it.

Report a calculation or content problem

For a useful correction report, include:

• the calculator or reference page URL;
• the inputs, units, options, and result shown;
• the result or wording you expected and how you obtained it;
• a primary or authoritative source, if one supports the report; and
• whether the issue may affect health, money, safety, or a legal or regulatory obligation.

Use a subject such as “Correction report: [calculator name].” See the Corrections policy for assessment, update, and escalation details.

What to expect

Messages are reviewed as capacity permits. OverCalculator does not promise a response or a particular response time, and complex reports may require source and implementation checks. Not every difference is an error; calculators can use different valid methods or assumptions. Actionable reports may result in a correction or clarification even when an individual reply is not possible.
