The m/s to km/h converter has a conversion-direction selector and a speed input. Forward, it multiplies m/s by 3.6; reverse, it divides km/h by 3.6. The default 10 m/s becomes exactly 36 km/h, with supporting rows of 22.3694 mph and 32.8084 ft/s; reversing with 90 km/h returns 25 m/s. It keeps the full-precision converted value through calculation and rounds only the displayed result, so chained work stays accurate.

When to use which
Use the speed converter when the units around you are mixed: a weather bulletin in knots, a car display in km/h, and a physics note in m/s all referring to the same day. Its all-units result panel makes cross-domain conversation direct, and it is the only one of the two that handles knots for aviation and marine navigation.
Use the m/s to km/h converter when the question is purely metric: a wind speed measured by a sensor in m/s that needs a km/h summary, a physics velocity that must match road-sign language, or a belt or actuator spec in m/s that ships in km/h literature. Its reverse direction covers the equally common return trip, and the ft/s reference row helps when imperial context is needed without opening a second tool. If speed must become minutes per mile or per kilometer for training logs, neither converter is the right fit — use a pace converter instead.
Limits and disclaimer
Both converters are exact linear unit conversions and add no measurement precision: a converted number is only as good as the source reading, so keep extra digits for chained calculations and round at the end. Do not read m/s as milliseconds — the slash marks a speed unit. Do not multiply in both directions: m/s to km/h multiplies by 3.6, km/h to m/s divides. Do not assume the largest number means the fastest unit; the same speed has a larger km/h value than m/s because hours are far longer than seconds. And do not use either converter for fuel economy — MPG and L/100 km are reciprocal-style efficiency measures, not linear speed units.
