The Study Time Calculator starts from available hours, a study method, subject complexity, and energy level. The method provides a base session length, short break, long break, and number of sessions before a long break: Pomodoro is 25 minutes with 5 minute breaks and a 20 minute long break after four sessions, the 52/17 method uses 52 and 17, 90 minute focus blocks use 90 and 20, and a custom option accepts your own lengths. Complexity and energy adjust session and break lengths, the calculator fits only complete cycles into the available time, and review time is 20 percent of actual active study time, rounded to the nearest minute, reported as a separate block rather than folded into the session count.
