What each calculator does

The primary result is therms; supporting rows show cubic feet, BTU, and kWh equivalents. With the default factor, 10 CCF becomes 10.37 therms, 1,000 cubic feet, 1,037,000 BTU, and about 303.91 kWh. If your utility prints a different factor, you enter that number and the result follows your bill instead of a generic assumption.
